Nguyen Trung Quynh

Nguyen Trung Quynh is Assistant General Director of the Information Technology Office, Ministry of Science and Technology, Vietnam. He currently conducts research into IT policies and regulations and at the same time participates in the development of policies, plans and strategies for the sector. He is the secretary to the task forces developing IT policies in Vietnam such as Resolution Number 07 of the Vietnam Government on establishing and developing IT Software Industry for the period 2000-2005, Decision Number 128/2000/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister on regulations promoting software development, and Decision Number 95/2002/QDD-TTg of the Prime Minister on approving the Master Plan for IT use and development in Vietnam by 2005.
