Emmanuel Lallana

Emmanuel C. Lallana, PhD conducts research and training on ICTs for development issues. He is the lead author of Business@Philippines.com: Electronic Policy Issues in the Philippines (1999), e-primer: An Introduction to Electronic Commerce (2000) and e-Government in the Philippines: Benchmarking against Global Best Practices (2002). Dr Lallana is also the series editor of ePrimers for the Information Economy, Society and Politics (April 2003). He has also organised and taught at a number of training programmes on e-commerce and e-government in various Southeast Asian countries. Dr Lallana was Executive Director of the e-ASEAN Task Force from 2000 to 2002 and is currently Managing Consultant of the Foundation for Information Technology Education and Development (Philippines).
